Daryl also served as Chief Operations Officer & General Manager of ConnXus, prior to ConnXus being acquired by the Coupa software Company. A highly regarded executive with executive software development, global operations, sales, human resources, supply chain, risk, and procurement background, Daryl is certified in Supply Chain Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Intelligent Software Automation. He has been noted as one of the most influential minds in supplier relationship management software and procurement technologies. Prior to ConnXus, Daryl spent 15 years as Senior Vice President and General Manager where he led a billion-dollar brand at Luxottica Group, a multibillion-dollar, publicly-traded company, represented by brands such as LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Pearle Vision, and Oakley.

Daryl is a seasoned C-Suite business and thought leader. As a Certified Business and Executive Coach (CEC), he is an expert in Executive Team Alignment and at administering and interpreting assessment tools including Herrmann Whole Brain Assessment, Situational Leadership, DiSC, and others.
