Evelyn Chen joins Per Scholas as Senior Vice President, Development. In this role, Evelyn will be helping to build and support the fundraising team, systems, and culture to fuel Per Scholas’ national expansion. Evelyn has spent more than 15 years developing and implementing fundraising strategies for mission-driven organizations, spearheading donor engagement programs and building and leading teams. She has led development for Equality Now, Panthera, and New Yorkers for Parks, and held a variety of fundraising roles at The Nature Conservancy. She holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College. Evelyn lives in New York City with her husband and their dog.
