Jordan Falby serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager for Walker-Miller Energy Services. Prior to this, she supported United Way’s digital inclusion portfolio as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion department at United Way for Southeastern Michigan. She has supported the work of various United Way collaboratives since 2013, after graduating from the University of Michigan’s School of Information with a Master of Science in Information degree, specializing in human-centered design. She has a passion for providing vulnerable populations with access to critical information.
