Kaycie is passionate about providing meaningful and equitable opportunities for individuals to foster their full potential and is motivated by the work of Per Scholas in advancing economic equity. She holds a management degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Educational Leadership degree from Northern Arizona University. A Teach for America alumna, Kaycie began her career teaching elementary and middle school in the urban core of San Antonio, TX. Her time in the classroom and her own experiences as a student growing up in rural Arizona were the catalysts for a career at the intersection of education and workforce development. Kaycie has experience in project management, training and development, career coaching, and community engagement. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to live music, spending time with her family, and watching baseball.
