Kristen Chard joined Google in 2007 and now serves as a Head of Commerce in Google’s Mid Market sales division, GCS. In this capacity, she leads a team that consults with and advises over 350 Commerce clients and is responsible for $800M in annual revenue. Previously, Kristen worked in traditional advertising, at DDB Worldwide, where she provided account management for Unilever and Electrolux brands, executing print, TV, OOH and online campaigns. Outside of work, Kristen focuses her energy on partnering with organizations to help underserved populations. Kristen has served on the Board of Directors of Broadway Housing Communities, which supports the development of stable housing and early childhood programs for the Harlem community. As an Advisory Board member of Project People Foundation she is able to translate her passion into uplifting the socioeconomic position of underserved women of color in the United States and Sub-Saharan Africa. Kristen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she received her B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies. She and her husband live in New York City with their two sons.
