An Ohio native, recently moved to New Jersey to lead the Newark site. An agile leader with 15 years of experience in business operations, crisis management, and continuous improvement focused on improving performance results and overall team engagement. An accomplished leader with demonstrated ability to guide, motivate and lead teams to outstanding achievements and growth. Solution‐oriented and results‐driven with significant value on relationships with diverse individuals and while bridging gaps, by focusing on the power of engaging others.

Community work includes over twenty years of service focused on leadership, justice involved populations, and people development. The ability to combine my passion with strong business skills organically created opportunities for consulting with individuals, organizations, and small businesses in two primary areas: personal rebranding and crisis transitional management in both faith‐based and marketplace.
