Mallory McDaniel spent her childhood in rural Alabama before moving to Auburn, AL to study agriculture and the environment. Her interest in using environmentally conscious agriculture to help create stronger, more sustainable communities led her to pursue more policy and philanthropy based answers to food insecurity problems. In her previous position, she used her passion for equity and sustainable futures to support grassroots organizations in Central America. Mallory loves hiking and lives happily with her husband, two cats, and a dog.
