Patrick Okocha joins Per Scholas with professional experience working in the non-profit sector, higher education and print/news media.

A Seattle native, Patrick is a graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor’s of arts & science in English Literature and Communications. Patrick has served in professional roles at The Seattle Times, University of Washington (Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity), Year Up, the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship and Seattle University.

Patrick is deeply passionate towards providing career access and opportunity. Patrick possess knowledge around career readiness, academic advising, professional development, and journalism. Additionally, Patrick is fully committed to community service and community outreach.

Outside of work, Patrick is an avid supporter of the creative arts. You can catch him at a local gallery, art show, music concert, or sporting event.
