Randy Michael is a process “geek” at heart. Having served over 25 years helping organizations learn to streamline their business processes enabling efficient and effective use of resources to enhance productivity and success. He has worked or consulted in multiple industries including manufacturing (furniture manufacturing), retail operations (multi-store retail), distribution (parts warehousing), transportation (trucking company), technology (software solutions), healthcare (hospital operations), and education (training & development).

Having begun his career as an AS/400 RPG programmer with a custom furniture manufacturer over 36 years prior, he joined Per Scholas with the intent of using his past diverse skillset to help make a difference and be part of providing opportunity to those who strive to learn and better their circumstances.
