Renee Carter is a 21 year veteran in education. Serving as both a math teacher and school leader, she has experience coaching, mentoring, and facilitating students and teachers. After 16 years of service in North Carolina, Renee enthusiastically answered the call to help lead an all-girls public school in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In 2019, she and her family moved back to the United States, where she began her journey to empower and inspire leaders such as herself to live, love, and lead from the inside out through her company, Heart Work Leadership Group. Renee is currently living in Charlotte, NC, with her husband and son.
