Vranas began his career in a boutique consulting group after being recruited from his undergraduate
studies at Northwestern, swiftly becoming an authority in advising startups. In the wake of the tech
boom, he founded SolTyra to provide outsourced marketing, sales, and online services for small/midsize enterprises. His impactful work with clients like Princeton Review led him to join the company having pivotal roles, including revamping programs, transforming their national support team, and overseeing operations nationally.

This trajectory led to Vranas' presidency and COO position at PROACT Search, driving exponential revenue and margin growth, while changing the way public school districts approached talent development and executive search. Concurrently, he took the helm at Synesi Associates, expanding its reach and acquiring The SUPES Academy, transforming it into a premier executive leadership program, winning multiple awards and accolades in the process.

Vranas currently serves as the Chief of Staff, Innovation, and People at Zentro Internet. During Vranas’ time at Zentro, the company has quadrupled in size, growing from 1 market to 7 cities across the country, has been named to INC.5000’s fastest growing companies twice, and has retained a perfect 5 stars on both Google and Yelp.
