Whether you’re starting from scratch or building on what you already know, this training gives you a clear, supported path forward into a real career. You’ll learn how to:
- Install and connect copper, fiber optic, and coaxial cables
- Use hand tools like wire strippers and crimping pliers to set up wiring
- Set up and troubleshoot home and business alarm systems
- Manage digital support tickets and track hardware issues using ServiceNow
- Follow safety codes to protect yourself and others on the job site
