Per Scholas NY – Tech Help Desk

The impact of COVID-19 has led to an unprecedented shift in the use of technology by many individuals and organizations. In order to support this transition, Per Scholas, a national leader in technology training founded and headquartered in the South Bronx, has launched a pilot virtual tech support help desk to support local small businesses and non-profit organizations with their technology needs.

Trained and certified Per Scholas alumni can support you with the following technical issues:

  • Software: Microsoft 365, Zoom, Cisco WebEx

  • OS: Windows, Linux and Mac OS

  • Hardware: Printers, routers and other commonly used devices

  • Advice on virus removal and protection, data back-up, upgrades, device troubleshooting, networking and more

  • A Per Scholas alumni will review your ticket and respond within 24 hours to learn more and help resolve the issue

The Per Scholas NY Help Desk is a free service available to local residents and small businesses in New York City. Please note that we are only able to provide support related to the topics outlined above.
